Common Mistakes When Using Industrial Vacuum Cleaners

1. Motor does not operate
Causes:
- Blown fuse
- Overload protection activated
Solutions:
- Replace or reconnect the fuse
- Turn off the vacuum cleaner and let it cool down for about 5 minutes. If the machine still cannot restart, contact PAN Trading’s technical department
2. Motor does not start automatically
Cause:
- Incorrect electrical connection
Solution:
- Check the power outlet and ensure the power supply capacity is correct
3. The machine makes unusual noise
Causes:
- Incorrect suction position compared to hose diameter
- Dust bag is full
- Filter or hose is clogged
Solutions:
- Adjust the hose connection properly
- Clean the hose
- Clean the filter and suction hose
4. No suction during cleaning
Cause:

- Turn off the power and clean the water tank
Important Notes When Using Industrial Vacuum Cleaners
- Before plugging the machine in, check that the voltage and frequency match the values shown on the nameplate
- Regularly inspect the power cable for cracks, breaks, or damaged insulation. Replace it immediately if necessary
- Do not place the cable near sharp objects or areas where it may get trapped
- Keep the cable away from heat sources
- To avoid electric shock, fire, explosion, or injury, only operate the machine when needed. Unplug it before maintenance
- Keep the machine away from direct sunlight, rain, bad weather, and damp areas. Store it in a dry place after use
- Do not insert foreign objects into the machine
- Use only genuine Nilfisk accessories
- Be careful that hair, jewelry, or clothing does not get caught in moving parts
- Turn off the machine before installing accessories
- If the machine malfunctions, follow the proper maintenance procedure before contacting technical support
